Do you have a stamp that you really like, but it has some small design fault that really irks you every time you stamp it out? That is the case with this ‘Seagulls’ stamp by Katzelkraft – the horizon does not line up on either side of the wooden post (there being a cloud on the right which is lower than the horizon line on the left). So I had to thicken the horizon to try and meet the lines up on either side of the post.

Even if things look a little gloomy, don’t lose faith, as you never know what the next tide could bring in.

I was intending to just leave this card with the birds and the wording, so it was similar to the first sample. But then I added the little mermaid, then put in footprints, THEN I found a wording I wished I’d used instead, so added that too. The card just kept getting bigger.
