adhesives: Two-sided Tape; Tombo Liquid Glue: Sailor Glue Pen

tools: Big Shot machine; Fern Leaf Punch; Water Spritzer; Heatgun; Flat Paintbrush

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spray white card lightly with water, then the Distress inks, using a flat paintbrush to spread the inks to completely cover the white card. I directed the darker blue ink towards the bottom 1/3 of the card. Dry with a heatgun or set aside to dry naturally.20161030_165213
  2. Stamp out the border image in black along the bottom part of card. Sit the cat on top of border at right. Stamp Bauble Brush image along top of card in blue ink.

  4. 20161031_160631Punch out 5-6 fern leaves in blue card.
  5. Cut out smaller Bauble from Memory Box die set in silver foil board. Cut out 2 x bauble parts only in blue pattern paper.Glue patterned paper over silver baubles.
  6. 20161031_160742Smudge some silver ink on tips of blue fern leaves. Arrange them across the top of the card over stamped blue image and glue into place. 20161031_162621Position baubles hanging down from them. Dot white Opal Liquid Pearls randomly over leaves.
  7. With a Sailor Glue pen, highlight small areas of the black border pattern at bottom. When the glue has gone clear (it comes out blue) lay silver Fab Foil across glued areas, gently press with fingertips, then lift off.20161031_163912
  8. Matt card onto layer of silver foil board, then light blue card20161031_165012, then folded blue backing card.
